Chuntney and Cheese Tear and Share

A yummy tear and share that the kids can make.

This is a super easy recipe, its great to fill a day during half term, but remember if you are going to make your own dough that it will need to sit for a couple of hours before you use it.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover's from the cheese and broccoli tart that I shared a couple of weeks ago, or vice versa!

Makes between 10-12 rolls, depending on how thick you cut the slices.

Pizza dough (either shop bought or homemade, we like this recipe, that the kids can also help to make
Grated cheddar

Preheat the oven (gas 6, 200c) and roll out the dough to a rough rectangle, around 40 x 30cm and about the thickness of a pizza.
Cover the rectangle with chutney and sprinkle the grated cheese over the top, break up the feta and sprinkle that on top too.
Roll the dough up from the longer sides, into a long sausage.
Use a sharp knife and cut into 10/12 equal pieces and arrange on a piece of greaseproof paper in a circular manner (See photos)
Cook on the centre shelf for bout 20-30 minutes until the dough is fully cooked.
Leave to cool slighlty before tucking in, makes a yummy picky lunch alongside bread sticks, veggie sticks and dips.
